2. What types of personal data do we hold about you and how did we obtain them?
The categories of personal data we process relating to customers and suppliers are:

We have obtained all of the above data either directly from you, through the submission of a commercial offer, contract proposal, etc., or through your company when it provided us with the identification data and other information necessary to carry out the purpose of the contractual relationship between the parties. You or your company are obliged to provide us with updated data in the event of any change.
3. For what purpose do we process your data?
We process the data provided by data subjects in order to manage various activities arising from specific procedures relating to sales, after-sales service, supplier management, service quality, etc. Accordingly, we will use your data to carry out any of the following:
I. Providing the services requested or delivering the product purchased.
II. Sending the information requested through the contact form on our website or any other means of contacting our company,
III. Providing both potential customers and our customers with offers of products and services that may be of interest to them,
IV. Carrying out the administrative, tax and accounting management of our customers and/or suppliers,

4. How long will we keep your data?
Personal data relating to individuals linked to potential customers, customers and suppliers that we collect through the various contact and/or information-gathering forms (including data collected through cookies, where applicable) will be kept until the data subject requests its erasure. Data provided by our customers and suppliers will be kept for as long as the business relationship between the parties continues, in all cases respecting the minimum legal retention periods applicable to each matter.
Images obtained by the video surveillance system will be kept for 1 month, in accordance with Article 22.3 of the LOPDGDD (Spanish Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights), unless they must be kept for delivery to the competent authorities.
In any case, we will keep your personal data for as long as is reasonably necessary, taking into account our need to respond to queries or resolve problems, make improvements, activate new services and comply with the requirements of applicable legislation. This means that we may keep your personal data for a reasonable period of time even after you have stopped using our products or this website. After this period, your personal data will be deleted from all our systems.

If you do not provide your personal data, it will not be possible to perform your contract or comply with legal obligations or those arising from public authorities.
6. To which recipients will your data be disclosed?
We will not transfer your personal data to any third-party company that intends to use it for direct marketing purposes, unless you have expressly authorised us to do so.
Please note that we may provide your personal data to Public Administration bodies and competent Authorities where legally required to do so or where, acting in good faith, we consider such action reasonably necessary to comply with legal proceedings; to respond to any legal claim or lawsuit; or to protect the rights of the company, its customers or the public in general.
